Hello foodies today we will be making fanas poli (Jackfruit Poli). It is a naturally dried popular konkan recipe made from mixture of ripe jackfruit, sugar and spice.

Ingredients:
1/2 bowl ripe jackfruit (fanas)
5 teaspoon sugar (cheenee)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
clarified butter (ghee) as required
