This is quite a painful scene. And it is quite difficult to obtain. To do so;

1. Red Prince must be your Main Character

2. Sebille must be a companion

3. Speak with sebille's master in act 3 (with sebille in your party)

You can also speak to puppet sebille which i added to the end. Shadow prince has no other special remarks about her.
Damn you know you're evil when even Shadow Prince calls you completly heartless. I also romanced Sebille which adds even more salt to the wound.
