I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, and have completed postgraduate studies in Psychopathology and Leadership Psychology in Practice. My experience spans across private centers, including the Krakow Therapy Center „KOT” and „Dom na Skraju.” Currently, I am a participant in a 4-year Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training at Centrum CBT and a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. In my practice, I employ a variety of techniques and tools, valuing integrative and flexible approaches. This allows me to provide personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs, enabling us to collaboratively uncover the underlying causes of your difficulties and find effective solutions. I focus primarily on helping clients understand themselves and identify the resources they can use to resolve their issues. In my interactions, openness and attentiveness to the individual are of utmost importance. I adhere strictly to the ethical standards of the psychology profession and continuously enhance my skills through regular supervision, scientific conferences, and training to ensure the relevance and quality of my work.
