🌾 The Story of Small but Powerful Flour Grinding Machines in Rural Nepal | Community-Led Change in Bajura 🌄

Join us on an inspiring journey across the rugged mountain villages of Bajura, Nepal, where we installed 8 compact but powerful flour grinding machines, each supported by servo voltage stabilizers to tackle unstable electricity, a common issue in remote hydro-powered regions.

🔧 Machine Specs
Capacity: Up to 3 households | 10kg/hour
Motor: 1.5 HP single-phase
Power: ~1 unit/hour
Grinds: Wheat, Maize, Barley, Millets, Beans & more!

⚡Voltage Stabilizer Details:-

16 Total: 14 units (3.5 KVA, 90–270V) + 2 units (7.5 KVA, 140–270V)
Designed specifically for Nepal's unstable rural grid
Carefully manufactured in India with premium components

From jeep rides on slippery mountain roads to 2-hour uphill treks, we carried out:
✔️ Complete electrical wiring
✔️ MCB installation
✔️ Voltage stabilizer connection
✔️ Troubleshooting & repairs on-site

📦 Tools We Carried:
Voltage meter, MCBs, copper wire, pliers, screwdrivers, wire clips & more — all in a small toolkit!

💪 Shared Investment Model:-
Each machine was co-funded by villagers, ensuring strong ownership and sustainable maintenance. We handled logistics and installation costs.

Reduces the time & labor for grinding flour
Enables school children to focus on studies & play
Supports healthier, more diverse diets beyond just rice
Brings pride, innovation, and joy to rural mountain communities
