Duke of Lancaster (Mostyn Fun Ship) - Interviews at the Llanerch-y-Môr Dock, Mostyn, North Wales

This was an extraordinary experience. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners of the incredible Duke of Lancaster, Antony Rowley, the knowlegeable Ashley Gardner of the Duke of Lancaster Appreciation Society (DOLAS), and Cal Roberts and Craig Williams from North Wales Concerts (all linked below).

We interviewed them all about this magnificent ship, the space around it, and its potential, but we also spoke to them about the history of the ship, the issues they have had with the local council, processes they have gone through to get where they are today, and what they are hoping for the future or this remarkable and unique venue.

It was a really blustery day, which made recording interviews a little more difficult, and drone flying a lot more difficult. That being said, we managed to come away with some spectacular footage, and great information.

We would like to say huge thanks to John Rowley for putting all of this together. To Antony Rowley for meeting us, and speaking on camera. To Ashley Gardner for giving us so much helpful information, and to both Cal Roberts and Craig Williams for explaining their future concert plans, and their excitement about the venue to us.
