Ep. #4 the VeganRican | Pastelillos de guayaba y queso (guava and cheese turnovers)

hello my lovely viewers! It's the last Wednesday of July, and that means episode #4 of the Vegan Rican!!! This is the first dessert recipe that I've shared on this series and I hope you all give it these a shot!. I mean their super scrumptious and amazingly simple to make. These take me back to the days on vacation in PR walking down town Ponce and buying a bunch of these pastelillos and devouring at least 4-5 of them before even making it back to my grandparents house!! In PR you can find these with a ton of different fillings guava alone, sweet cheese alone, beef, chicken etc. You name it, they make it. but Vegans do it better! am i right? Buen Provecho

Ingredients
1 Puff pasty sheet
4 oz of plain vegan cream cheese
1 heaping Tbsp of powdered sugar + some for dusting
3 oz of guava paste
1 tsp of melted vegan butter (optional)
YUP THATS IT!!! Cmon!
