Next they go for some cheesburger meals at Carl's Jr. and Britney is terrified as a scary clown appears out of no where! It didn't affect her appetite though as we see her chowing down right away. Then she changes clothes for some grocery shopping and then does a little dance as she drives around in her Mini Cooper convertible.
