Hatsan Sortie Semi-Auto Malfunctions - Some tips

These are things I do to try to give my Sortie a decent percentage of operation. I'm not claiming to be an expert, but I believe that the magazine is the main reason that semi-auto function can suffer in the stock, unsuppressed Sortie. If you disagree with any of these tips, or have other tips to add, please do so. It was in a written customer review, I believe, of the Sortie, where I first read the tip from another owner who said to watch the magazine. It helped me, and I thought the easier it is to come across that information, the better. If the information is redundant, so be it, because the point of this is to try to make some info available to others who have spent money on the Sortie to get a powerful semi-auto PCP platform, only to see it not function as reliably as most semi-auto CO2 airguns. I'd also like to fish for others to comment on what they do, or even reference their own videos or tips, because the Sortie is not cheap, and I want to know everything I can reasonably do to keep it working. I guess this also indirectly serves to let people considering the Sortie know that the reality of the platform might not exactly meet the dream. I'm glad the Sortie exists, and we are lucky to have it, but I expect it to function at a level equal to the expense.
