White Mountains Appalachian Trail Section Hike - New Hampshire Part 2

Part 2 of our Appalachian Trail New Hampshire journey is in the bag. My trail name is Prime Time. In this video, my companions and I hike a section of the Appalachian Trail in New Hampshire.

We travel first northbound on the Appalachian Trail from Rt 302 in Crawford Notch, to Mizpah Spring Hut. We take the Crawford access trail back to the AMC Highland Center for a relaxing evening. Next, we pack for a four-day, southbound, hut-to-hut hike that will take us to Zealand Falls Hut, Gale Head Hut, and Green Leaf Hut, ending at Franconia Notch Rt. 3.

Smoke from Canadian wildfires created some hazy views for a few days. Overall, the weather held out and we could make it without major incidents or injuries!

We missed having Oldest along on this journey. After successfully section hiking over Mount Washington last year, the accumulated injuries to his knees resulted in a plan for knee replacement surgery... The Whites give and The Whites take. We hope he can return with us to the trails soon.
