I used http://www.wevideo.com to pick and tuck this awesome anime intro for Mega Man.

To explain EVERYTHING, "Mega Man Megamix" and "Mega Man Gigamix" are wonderful taigadrama-style Mega Man manga created by Hitoshi Ariga (using Capcom's characters and designs)

This animation was made by a fan of his named "Panman", who took a lot of time to make a parody of the "Namco X Capcom" Intro (Brave New World) the full video can be found here (at NicoNico Douga) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm22844598

The song is from the Rockman Holic Soundtrack and is named "Together As One", a remix of Dr. Wily Stage 1 (Mega Man II) by 'nano'. I'd buy the music but it's impossible to get (I'm American, it's from Japan; hard to get)

So other than that, all the characters scene in this video belong to Capcom.
