The Andrew Tate Human Trafficking-case. Romanian judicial system part 1. The Courts.

There have been some misconceptions about Romania and their legal system.

So, i will inform you here what the different courts are, and how they relate to eachother.

At this time, Mr Tates case is in the District court. The appeal for the 30 days extention is to the same court.
If convicted, he can appeal to the Courts of Appeal.
If that doesn't work out, he can appeal to The High Court of Cassation and Justice.

Some misconceptions are accidental, due to the differences between EU-countrys legal systems and US legal system
And some are not accidental, where the #smalldickenergy-horde is actively spreading lies in hope it will help Mr Tate in this process, or "trolls" grifting on the Tate-horde with clickbaits.
