Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (Silver Fang) - Metal Cover (Feat. Ollie Roberts from METAPRISM)

My buddy Ollie Roberts from the UK metal band METAPRISM joined me for a cover of the 'Ginga Nagareboshi Gin' aka 'Silver Fang' aka 'Hopeanuoli' theme song! I've always been a big fan of this particular anime and I recently watched it again. Got the theme song stuck in my head so bad I had to make a metal cover of it. I asked Ollie to split the solo part with me.

I am playing my Ibanez RG350M into an AMT S1 preamp pedal. I then added a Mesa 4x12 impulse in Logic. Drums are Toontrack Metal! EZX, bass is Kontakt 5 and all the synths are Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2. Vocals were recorded using the built in mic on my Macbook Pro so please excuse the shit factor caused by it. My japanese is also probably shit but hey, at least it's a good song!
