This video describes one way to back & finish a tufted rug—I call it a "waterfall edge." Here's what you'll need:
1. Carpet adhesive/glue

3. Spray adhesive | https://www.homedepot.com/p/Roberts-1...
4. Fabric glue or hot glue
5. Good, sharp scissors
