Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent ruling from the the Supreme Court of Dutchess County New York, where the Court has denied a challenge to the States' Red Flag law. This ruling, sort of a first of its kind, is the first real opinion to examine Red Flag laws under the Bruen analysis.
