I use avee player, it's a great app that you can make visuals and it's more advanced then chksnd

How do you animate or draw icons

I use Ibis Paint, Ibis Paint is an app that let you draw, search art, coloring and stuff. You can save it as a photo or a transparent photo

But if i want to animate the icon I'll had to make a sprite sheet, head into the video editing program and use the wipe effect
