I used tips from the amazing ‪@OnlinePilatesClasses‬ Online Pilates Classes and she shows the different 3 versions of the original #matpilates move.

Now this move is not easy, if you struggled with the roll up or any of the rocker moves, you may want to go back and stick with those variations, or try a few of these here. Just know not being able to do it perfectly does not mean failure and don’t let it deter you. Some moves take years to master and some are not right for certain people and that is ok.
