RECIPE

Butterfly Pea Syrup
2 parts water
2 parts sugar
1 part butterfly pea flower

Instructions: Bring water to gentle boil. Remove from heat and add butterfly pea flower. Cover and steep for 10- 15-mins. Strain out flowers. Add butterfly pea water and sugar to pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Bottle, label, and refrigerate.
