Snowstorm in Toronto was the perfect backdrop for a slow, cozy LEGO build.

In this video, I’m building the LEGO Botanical Peace Lily with my 3.5 year old. This LEGO is a birthday gift from my husband and part of our annual LEGO Botanical tradition.

Most of the build is captured in time-lapse, with a few real-time moments to discuss design details - including the white flower made from a modified existing LEGO piece.

Fair warning: my 3.5-year-old officially checks out mid-build and repurposes the pot's base as a rocket ship 🚀, which is why it disappears from the frame during different parts of the video.

I also share how this set compares to other Botanical sets I own (Bonsai, Japanese Maple Tree, Happy Plants, Orchid, and Hibiscus), and why this one felt a bit smaller but still meaningful.
