FILIPINO STREET FOOD! 🇵🇭 Trying Sisig and Liempo from Jolli Jeep in Makati Philippines!

Manila, Philippines - Have you ever seen a Filipino food truck? We discovered a similar food truck concept in the Makati area of Manila, called Jollijeep (Jolli Jeep). These Jollijeeps service the office area, where people can go eat for breakfast and lunch during the workday.

We visited a popular Jollijeep called Sisigsarada (Sisig Sa Rada) to try some of their sisig. After eating this sisig, you’d never know it was made in a food truck. It was restaurant quality and packed with flavor. Then we went around the block to another street to discover some Pusit, which was a whole grilled squid. This squid was so tender and had a great marinade flavor. Then finally we visited a Jollijeep that offered Liempo, which is deep fried pork belly. This pork belly was so tender and fried perfectly.

All these Jollijeeps offer good quality home cooked meals at an affordable price for the people in the downtown area. I know if we lived in that area, we’d be visiting Jollijeeps everyday.
