This is a wall pilates workout for beginners. This workout contains 11 wall pilates exercises, easing into the workout with gentle movements and finishing with a 2 min cooldown stretch. This workout contains full body wall pilates exercises including wall pilates glutes exercises, wall pilates ab exercises.
