Muhammad Noer is a man of many knowledge. He had a lot of achievements in University, and currently working for in a big company in the field of Learning and Human resources.

However, he has one passion. however simple the passion is, he believes that this is the key to the country's problems. His passion is reading, specifically speed reading. He believes that if everyone reads, and reads many books, and upgrades their knowledge consistently; the world will be in a better place.
