I chanced upon this small shop tucked in a by-lane of Indiranagar, serving the hitherto unseen (in Bengaluru) flavours of Benares, Uttar Pradesh. In this quick evening stop, I made quick work of some of the must-try dishes on their menu, scrumptious samosas, a weighty, comforting dal and methi (fenugreek) poori, aloo mangodi, fresh ghee jalebis, an utterly 'khasta' kachori and more.
