Test driving some of Derwent's charcoal pigments: pan paints, tinted charcoal pencils, and charcoal sticks in three shades. I am crazy about Derwent colours and I couldn't resist trying these as I work in a lot of ancient churches and ruins and would like to up my stonework game.
