It is possible to replace the heater core on your 1993 - 2002 Toyota Corolla without removing the dash. I couldn't find a YouTube video to help so I tried making my own in hopes of helping someone else. This job took me a total of 7.5 hours. I know this is a pretty bad video but it does show it's possible with rough instructions. I have a Haynes manual I bought at AutoZone for $25, it gives all the step by step instructions. Best of luck to you. I do suggest you take a picture of the heater cables when removing the controller from the dash so you know how to put it back correctly.
