In this hour and twenty minute video, I talk about the importance of acknowledging and sitting with the emotions that occur during stressful, uncertain times such as what we are currently dealing with regarding the COVID19 outbreak. This practice will invite you to lean into the sadness, pain, anger, etc in order to release it from your body. It will invite you to lean into the strong sensations that occur when we hold poses, creating tension to then be released. I also invite you to recognize what qualities you want in your life so that you can begin to cultivate those aspects into your day to day, beginning to live your life intentionally.
