There's been developments. Developments which I initially didn't expect to occur, but that did. As a result of those developments I have obtained a copy of Persona 3 Reload.

Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the beloved ATLUS classic "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3".
Well, to be more specific it's a remake of Persona 3 in general, for the most part.
While this remake is missing the epilogue to Persona 3's story that was introduced in Persona 3 FES and the female protagonist from Persona 3 Portable, this remake does still incorporate most of the other features those versions introduced to the original release, such as a Social Link for Aigis, Skill Cards, etc.

The game looks great, and surprisingly it runs like a beautiful dream too.
Seriously, look at my specs below; would you have expected to see a game this pretty-looking running at all? Let alone at a high framerate all the time?
I sure wouldn't have, specially after the terrible experience I had with the Persona 5 Royal PC port, but I still had to try my luck and see for myself.

If there's something that I might be able to criticize in that regard is the occasional stutter when an entirely new visual shader or particle effect shows up on screen. The framerate tilts for a moment before going back to normal. I imagine this is average shader compilation-related stuttering, nothing serious or game breaking, just mildly annoying.

For better or worse, since this is a DX12 game, DXVK and by extension DXVK-Async wouldn't work because they're only compatible with DX9, DX10 and DX11 games.

I'm more than fine with the experience I'm getting. I just wish the Persona 5 Royal PC port was updated too. Persona 5 Royal deserves a better treatment than it got on PC, in my honest opinion.
