Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA IV! This Video will show you how to obtain the Lustered NRG 900 from "Easy as Can Be" with passing the Mission.
https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Carcols.d... - This link will bring you to the "Carcols.dat" file and help to determine which colors are special and why. It's interchangeable across GTA IV, TLaD, and TBoGT and the same rules apply for each game. This file was heavily used to help find out all the Special Vehicles in the game and determine exactly why they are special.
https://gtaforums.com/topic/862242-gt... - This link will bring you to where it all began. Documentation of every single Special Vehicle GTA IV had to offer and then after, I went through the game and obtained all the Special Vehicles for my Youtube Guide and here we are today.

NRG 900 - 51,56,127, 0,0,29, 0,0,101, 0,1,4, 34,34,31, 85,85,84, 89,0,90, 59,1,59, 82,85,85, 0,7,1, 4,1,1, 29,1,1, 0,4,4
Note that "Vermillion Solid" and "Formula Red" Luster can also spawn on the NRG 900. AVOID these Lusters at ALL COSTS! The reason for this is due to the fact Black NRG 900's with Vermillion Solid and Formula Red Luster spawn in traffic and are Traffic Default Color Combinations. If you'd acquire these combinations from the Mission, you wouldn't be obtaining any Lustered NRG 900.
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA IV.
A Luster is typically a Vehicle's 3rd Color in the HD Era and it sits on top of the Base Color. You can see such Luster when I move the camera around. MOST Body Colors and/or Lusters will not be special alone, but in combination with each other they will be special and one of a kind! Note that depending on the Base/Body Color of the Vehicle as well as the time of day and weather in-game will make all the difference whether the Luster is going to be very visible or not. When dealing with Lustered Vehicles, you will have some choices. ALL of the NRG 900's depicted in the Thumbnail are special, but it will depend on the player's tastes in Colors and which Colors appeal to them the most as to which Luster they will choose in the end. Every time you begin a Mission and come into contact with the Lustered Vehicle, you will see X Luster spawn. When you reload your Save, and try the Mission again and again, the Luster will change! You basically want to do this until the Luster of choice is the most appealing to you and then obtain it! The only way you will know the EXACT Color Name of the Luster you acquired is by loading your Save up in a Save Editor and viewing the Garage Tab and checking the Colors and Lusters of your Vehicle.
Note that after you obtain Special Bikes in GTA IV, TLaD, or TBoGT and store them in a Parking Space, each time they are loaded into the game world by coming near the area and/or loading your Save and coming outside of the Safehouse to see the Bikes, they ever so slightly will move in the direction that they are leaning! So if they are leaning toward the street, they can eventually move out of the saving zone and disappear for good! This Video showcases the quirk - • GTA TLaD Tips and Tricks: Why Bikes Can Va...
You can store 10 Special Vehicles in the 5 Parking Spaces that GTA IV has to offer. Each Parking Space saves 2 Special Vehicles each.
Remember that if you want the Lustered/EC Oracle in your Save as well as ANY of the other three Special Vehicles from this Mission, you can just wait to get the Lustered NRG 900 like I did in this Video. Let's say you want the Lustered/EC Oracle and also the Lustered/EC2 Sultan. You can fail the Mission for the Lustered/EC Oracle (required anyways) while getting the Lustered/EC2 Sultan at the same time. Then on the next attempt when you pass the Mission, you can get this Lustered NRG 900. Either way, it's all the SAME for the Stats whether you get four with failing and zero with passing, three with failing and one with passing, two with failing and two with passing, or one with failing and three with passing. It won't make any difference in the Stats for the Mission Attempts/Failures.
Also, I want to give a shout out to "Badboyhero" for helping with Custom Thumbnails for my Guide! Here is his Channel in case you want to check it out - / @badboyhero5013
