Cloves (4-5)
Corainder seeds (1 tbsp)
Cumin ( 1 tbsp)
Black peppercorns
Cinnamon Stick (1)

Chopped Ginger garlic (2 tsp)
Paneer ( 200gms)
Veggies (1 kg approx)
(Brocolli, Carrot, benas,
Capsicum,bell pepper,Potato,
Cauliflower,Peas)
Onion ( 2 medium)
Finely chopped
Tomatoes (5-6)
Oil ( 4-5 tbsp)
Butter ( 1 tbsp)
Spices -
Salt ( 3 tsp), Turmeric (1 tsp)
Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Red chilli ( 1 tsp)

Fresh Cream ( 1 tbsp)
Fenugreek leaves ( 1 tbsp)
Chopped coriander ( 1 tbsp)
