We are on to week 5 of 6 for my first 5k! Training for zone 2 has been very difficult. It feels like I'm essentially just walking most of the time just to keep my heart rate where it needs to be. It's frustrating, but it's a part of the process. Trying not to compare my pace to the more long term runners I see on social media.
Also, I discuss my favorite shoes so far into my training!
