I have seen this guy before, usually at Fleetwood transport Festival but came across him this morning in Blackpool.
He is totally blind, and has his guide dog by his side all the time.......but boy oh boy can he wow the crouds with his guitar work.....a lovely way to spend a busy morning in Blackpool
