We just released a new episode "Stacking". When a leftie and rightie play it's often advantageous to keep both their forehands in the middle. Stacking involves switching positions using a partial stack (only when your team is serving) or a full stack (switching when both serving and receiving). There are also disadvantages which we address. One very important thing is that you HAVE to be able to keep score and know what side to be on. If you can't, do NOT stack! Stacking can also be used to keep the stronger forehand of rightie/rightie or leftie/leftie team in the middle. It can also be done to change things up to cause confusion or a change of pace. As always...it takes practice to react quickly during a match so you can use this or any other strategy.
