The Future Of High-End Paintball Markers?

Have we reached the peak of high-end paintball marker sales? Over the past decade or so, mid-range paintball guns have gotten so good there has been less and less reason to spend the cash of a high-end setup.

I foresee a future where we might not have high-end tournament makers or perhaps they are prohibitively expensive.
