Let's make arroz Mexicano! I tweaked this recipe a bit since I forgot to buy white onion and garlic but it turned out amazing. It turns out that using a healthier oil like avocado oil instead of vegetable oil works so great. Tune in and enjoy the recipe! It's so special to me since my mom made this for my family all the time growing up.
