An Instinct of Sight Re-imagination: "Waiting on a War"

In early 2021, we were honored by an invitation from Sony Music Hong Kong to participate in a tribute to the legendary Foo Fighters. Our task was to take their powerful track, "Waiting on a War," from the album Medicine at Midnight, and filter it through our own sonic prism.
This is not just a cover; it's a rearrangement. Our guitarist Waiself and our team deconstructed the original's rock anthem structure and rebuilt it with the textures and emotional weight that define Instinct of Sight. The production, helmed by Kinisquard_, infuses the track with a darker, more atmospheric quality.
For this special project, we collaborated with the talented vocalist Jacey Po, whose voice brings a unique and haunting dimension to the song's narrative.
This rearranged version is our humble salute to one of the greatest rock bands of our time.
