SriLankan Airlines : Colombo to Chennai | Airbus A3330-300 (ECONOMY) 4R-ALL

Flying the biggest aircraft operating on this sector - An overall average flight on our Flag Carrier, although we got a little surprise at its end

Our first time together on Sri Lankan Airlines as well as on its Airbus A330-300, Sri Lankan Airlines Economy Class product proved to be adequate, and the catering had somewhat improved from my previous flights on this sector

The inflight service was much below average; some of the crew appeared to have an attitude problem.

Sri Lankan does have a lot to improve on and we honestly hope they get their act together
