Homemade Focaccia Ingredients:
500g strong white bread flour
7g fast action dried yeast
2tsp table salt
2tbsps extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for oiling)
1-2tbsps fresh rosemary (roughly chopped)
2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced) - optional
3tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1tsp flaky salt
