I have returned! In this series I'll be making a turn based RPG, inspired by the first Final Fantasy. I'm hoping it goes better than my Stardew Valley clone, though I've fixed some bugs on that and may return to it eventually.

In this first video, I get the title menu created and add the page flipping animation. I also set up the code for the fade in and out transition, though we won't see that in action until the next video.

Most of this code I learned from CDCodes tutorials on Menus and States. I highly recommend checking them out, they're the basis of all the states I create in this game. You can find those videos here:
