1. WHY (WPM) WHITEBOARD PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

1.1 IDEA:
WPM Channel has been created to explain the tools and techniques used in project management in the practical life, the uploaded videos are created in the Method of real classroom on a whiteboard to make it clear to all audience and feel like they are attending a training.


1.2 FOR WHOM:
WPM Channel is specified for project managers, project directors, project leaders, project engineers, contract managers, sales, and management, it covers all project aspects from the very first beginning till the closing the project. All videos are created in home studio.


1.3 WHEN:
The Channel has been established on Jan 2021 where most of people had requested the online education due to COVID restrictions and limitations.


1.4 WHO:
I ROMAN MATIKA is holding an Engineering degree, as well as PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate from PMI (Project Management Institute), an international Diploma in Project Management and Master in Business Administration on project management.
Studying material in WPM channel are based on my experience as a Senior Project Manager in an EPC company specialized in Oil & Gas / Energy.

3.4 WPM TRAINING PROGRAMS:
A speared group training with a specific topic can be agreed with group of people who requests the training, training could be held in the way of "LIVE STREAM" or "PERSONAL ATTENDANCE"
Depends on the personal agreement, requests to be sent to ([email protected]) to agree about the details. The LIVE STREAM will be a closed groups for those who registered in the training.
