Frequently asked questions feature lets users begin a chat with brands by clicking on displayed questions in a conversation’s window.

Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:

1. Go to your Instagram profile page and press on the three lines icon in top-right corner.
2. Hit Settings at the bottom of the screen.
3. Find the Business section and click on it.
4. Tap the Frequently Asked questions option.
5. Now toggle the slider to the right next to the Show questions option. In this case, your written questions will be displayed when a user initiates a conversation with you.
