Hello friends! My chickens have been laying so well, we almost can't eat the eggs fast enough! So today I am making recipes that call for a lot of eggs. I will be prepping breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for the week. This is motherhood at it's finest! I love having my fridge stocked with healthy options that my kids can grab quickly and feed themselves when I am busy. The dishes I am making today are hard boiled eggs, crepes (sweet and savory), breakfast egg bites (I hear that these are similar to Starbucks!), chocolate protein pudding, and farmer's cheese pancakes.
