Changi Festive Village 2023 is back from 4th November 2023 to 31st March 2024 with a candy wonderland theme. The public spaces of Changi Airport Terminal 3 have been transformed into 3 unique zones: Candy Snow House, Candy Carnival, and Candy Wonderland. The Candy Snow House is a -10°C snow house with ice sculptures and a 3m-long luge. The Candy Carnival has a variety of carnival games available, including ring toss, dart throws, and claw machines. Classic carnival rides such as pirate ship and carousel are also available. The Candy Wonderland is a whimsical wonderland with an indoor Ferris wheel, ice luge, and carnival games. Cold weather gear such as gloves and waterproof pants are available for rent at the Candy Snow House. Entry to the Candy Snow House costs 20 credits or about $19.90 for an hour of icy play. Personal photography is not permitted in the Candy Snow House for safety reasons, but photo packages starting at $19.90 are available. The Candy Carnival is located just in front of the Candy Snow House. The Changi Festive Village is a Christmas event that stretches out over a few months into the new year.
