Ladarius Tennison is sticking to the SEC West.The former Auburn defensive back, who entered the transfer portal on Nov. 30, announced Wednesday that he has committed to Ole Miss. He’s one of six members of that group to have since left the program.Tennison saw the field in nine games for Auburn this season and made three starts in the secondary for the Tigers, appearing in the starting lineup against Texas AM, Mississippi State and Alabama during the final month of the season. He finished the year with 21 tackles, including 4.5 for a loss. The bulk of those numbers came in back-to-back weeks against Texas AM and Mississippi State. He had eight tackles against the Aggies and followed it up with nine tackles against the Bulldogs, both in losing efforts.Tennison, who was a true sophomore this season, will have three years of eligibility remaining thanks to the free year of eligibility granted by the NCAA due to the pandemic.Tom Green is an Auburn beat reporter for Alabama Media Group.
