Here’s how your new support system works:

You call in that number or email [email protected] OR visit support.coldesi.com and fill out a ticket there.

If you call in, we’ll be verifying that you’re a customer and in our system, making sure we have your correct information, then putting you into our Support Queue. You may be asked about the best way for us to contact you.

If you emailed in we’ll do the same and..

You will get a confirmation email that a support ticket was opened.

If there’s a video that explains the solution to your problem or some instructions we think will get you started faster we’ll send that to you in another email.

Reply to any of the emails and it will be entered in as part of that same ticket.

Your call or email will then be answered by the next available support representative that’s qualified to help you with your BelQuette product (you’ll probably recognize their voice!)
