"We purchased our first mountain bikes at Mad Dog Cycles last year in July. We had stopped at other stores and, being new to the sport, wanted some advice and recommendations on which bikes to get. Our experience at Mad Dog Cycles was wonderful and we not only purchased 2 e-bikes, but also helmets, a bike rack for the car and other odds and ends. We had our bikes serviced there as well. Our most recent visit was due to a concern with one bike's performance and the problem was solved within a couple of days and tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future.
