Banting/Keto friendly home made Condiments

Making sure my family enjoys the Banting / Keto low carb lifestyle is very important to me and with the help of some quick and easy recipes our meals never lack flavour.

You can use the pizza sauce as a pizza topping, to make a quick soup or my favorite in my Banting friendly cottage pie.

The salad dressing is so tasty and add to your good intake of fats.

Well what can I say Mayonnaise is just something that I enjoy with almost everything eggs, Chicken, fish and in salad you know what I mean, and this one can keep for months not like that ever happens before I look the jar is empty.

Important All Ingredients must be at room temperature.

Pizza sauce
1 can tomato purée 410grams
200g tomato paste
3 Tbs Italian herb Spice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
1 tsp Xylitol


Salad dressing
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 clove garlic minced

Mayonnaise
1 whole large egg at room temperature
1 egg yoke at room temperature
1 tsp mustard
1 and 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
3/4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled to room temp
1 Tbs whey protein powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Remember to keep mayonnaise at room temperature for 7hrs before refrigerating.
