IMPORTANT NOTE: At 6:25 of the video I explain that the middle bar could possible be turned around, BUT IT CAN'T BE TURNED. Noted in the comments by Travis Lapinski, he points out that the post has a welded round bar on it that stops the ball on the pulley cable from getting sucked up. So just stick with the instructions and it should look like my finished product, sorry about that.

In the video I demonstrate and review the Valor Fitness BD-61 home gym pulley system. Valor Fitness had not put out any footage of anyone using the machine so I made this video to show the machine in action in case anyone is looking into it or considering buying one. I'd say that for the price it's a great tool and overall pulley system. This is NOT a commerical grade gym system and is not going to be as smooth or as heavy duty, but it will definitely do the job for most. Im the video I try and demonstrate some of the exercises you can perform on the machine as well as some of the different angles and functions.
