This cushion produces a more gentle kneading massage but has way more massaging heads so it hits all areas of your back at the same time. I did find that propping the massager up a little so the base was not flush with the surface you are sitting on makes it contour to your back easier and produces a better overall massage.

The direction the massaging heads are moving in as well as the heat setting can be easily changed depending on your preferences with the three button control pad on the device itself. And the handle on the top of the cushion is a really nice touch that adds to the portability.
