The guidelines are.
1. Obtain Birth Registration Certificate from your respective Council.
2. Obtain Birth Registration Certificate from HCI.
3. Apply for Indian Passport.
4. Apply for Dependent VISA.

Documents required for HCI Birth Registration.
1. Online Application MHA form 4a(1).
2. Original and Copy of the UK birth certificate of the child.
3. Declaration form duly filled and signed by both parents.
4. Original and copy of the passport of both parents.
5. Original and copy of BRP of both the parents.
6. Original and copy of the marriage certificate.
7. Address proof.
