Of course they have. Film characters are constantly climbing up, through and around the bits of buildings where the air's supposed to flow. Air ducts have provided a route in and a refuge for a variety of Hollywood heroes from the likes of Mission: Impossible, Alien, Die Hard and... Garfield.
