The Ground Person will receive several weeks of training and be responsible for:
•Directing crane operators with loading and unloading cargo containers from the railcars.
•Preparing railcars for loading and unloading containers by removing and installing IBC locks.
•Completing all job responsibilities safely and efficiently.

Once all training is complete you will begin your training in the Hostler Driver position.
